At The Springhouse, our menu reflects the flavors and character of the Ozarks.
Our offerings rotate with the seasons and are designed to support a wide range of dietary needs. Clear icons throughout the menu help guide guests with allergies or preferences, including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and AGS Alpha‑Gal Safe selections. Because our kitchen is led by chefs who work with intention and flexibility, many dishes can be modified to accommodate individual needs whenever possible.
