At The Springhouse, our menu reflects the flavors and character of the Ozarks.
Our offerings rotate with the seasons and are designed to support a wide range of dietary needs. Clear icons throughout the menu help guide guests with allergies or preferences, including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and Alpha‑Gal-Conscious (AGC) selections. Because our kitchen is led by chefs who work with intention and flexibility, many dishes can be modified to accommodate individual needs whenever possible.
